🧠💡 Excited to share our latest preprint modeling how neural activity impacts neurodegenerative disease spread!
Super excited about this project!! This is the first time I've seen tau spread models actually forecasting future tau levels at the regional level. And the findings of phases of transport followed by production have potentially important implications for tau trials!

marimo's module reloader knows exactly which cells to run when you edit a Python file — like %autoreload 2 but on steroids. We can do this because we model notebooks as DAGs. This has already made me more productive when working on marimo: marimo can autoreload itself!

Dan Dennett was a lifelong champion of (1) the explanatory power of cognitive science and evolutionary biology in relation to the big questions of philosophy, and (2) the integration of philosophy with scientific disciplines. An inspiration to me and many others in these ways.
