Pretty wild that the average person thinks peanut butter is a high protein food. When in reality it’s just a high fat food. Nutrition misinformation has people down bad.
How do we define what a high protein food is? 1. Look at the nutrition label 2. Check the grams of protein per serving 3. Check the amount of calories per serving 4. Divide calories per serving by 10 If the calories per serving divided by 10 is more than the protein grams, it’s not a high protein food.
@ChamberofFit Hot take, small amounts of high-fat food arent bad. Need a quick snack? Spoonful of peanut butter absolutely slaps.
@ChamberofFit But it tastes so good in my protein shake! lol
@ChamberofFit How about Almond butter? Any better?
@ChamberofFit I'm a big fan protein powder + banana + peanut butter. What would you substitute instead of PB? (It tastes so good!)
