@VolRumorMill I’d argue we have the capability to throw the ball deep. Heupels playing to conservative. His mindset appears to be not to lose the game rather than win at all costs. We ask too much of our defense which will get someone hurt. We need to score rather than go 0-4 in red zone.

I’ve been shitting on Social Security for years now, and every single time, I’m told ad fucking nauseam: “It’s MY money! I paid into it!” Really? Then why would we need to raise taxes on everyone else just to give you “your” money? Because it’s NOT your money. Your money was spent almost as soon as it came in. Today’s workers are paying for yesterday’s retirees. It’s a massive, government run Ponzi scheme. And now, one of the largest generations in American history is collecting benefits. In a traditional Ponzi scheme, this is where everything implodes: when there aren’t enough new investors coming in to pay off the old ones. But there’s one crucial difference. This one is backed by the federal government. And when there aren’t enough new people paying into the system, the government has something Bernie Madoff never had: The power to force the next generation to pay more, at gunpoint. Exactly like I’ve been saying for years.

It's seems like Vance is serious about the payouts for stay at home Moms. This will create a huge incentive for welfare driven pregnancies Counter... Abolish the income tax for anyone with 2 or more children. Only the productive even care about income taxes as half of people don't pay into it at all. You want to remedy the declining birth rate and reinstill the single income household formation... That's your answer. Anything aside from that proposal creates massive unintended consequences. Yes I realize this would take an act of congress. Well... Seeing as congress is insanely unpopular this would be the type of hail mary proposal that could save your asses in the midterms. Many democrats would be forced to cross party lines to back it I would think. Voting against tax relief for parents would be an awful look. Based on my research they will be in session from 9/10-9/14 and then gone until after the midterms. (To avoid voting on the Epstein act II...literal scum) I doubt you can hold onto the majority but this would be a great start. You wanna talk about family values... I don't think there's a single reform that could do more to make it so.
