I barely slept last night so I woke up early to make crepes. very thin and delish. I carried three, downed them with 3 cups of tea & 2 boiled eggs. hangy ni ya b/fast despite downing ndengu na rice 4 lunch.Dessert is soda, some snack from my Brazilian buddy na bday cake ya watoto

2 eggs, fried sweet potatoes, a fruit muffin and 3 cups of tea....I need to down a litre of water by lunch to cap this🤣🤣 I think I have my own version of IF. Breakfast like a mjengo worker, normal lunch ( decent human serving) dinner is optional but rare. Steady at 67kg🥰
