3/3 @AxisBank because of your inefficient processes, b) my 77 yr old mum is being asked to visit a branch while the pandemic is still on, and go through the re-KYC process c) I'm now on much needed personal vacation which I'm being asked to cut short Pls help and disburse ASAP

2/3 @AxisBank I'm frustrated that a) this is coming up at the last moment despite all KYC requirements being completed weeks back. If my loan application KYC is all clear, why is this a showstopper?

1/3 @AxisBank I have had a home loan sanctioned in Sep and now I'm being told it can't be disbursed bcos of a past dormant account jointly held with my mother. My committed date for registration is Mon, failing which I bear substantial penalties
