What if i told you that you don't need to spend every day in the gym working for + of 1 hour? 3x p/w @ 30m-45m in the gym is PLENTY! So long as you have a proper plan in place and are consistent. If you can't do this, thats why we have coaches! Invest in yourself DM the page.

When training it’s important to remember that the most complicated plan isn’t always the best plan. Methods are many, principles are few. Do the basics really well, stay consistent and watch the results! Get Strong! 💪🏼

PSA: No one trains @ 100% EVERY single session. If you’re tired, train tired. A session at 50% of your normal is ALWAYS 100% better then not training at all. 💪🏼 #GetStrong

The myth that strength training for juniors “stunts growth” was created by uneducated orthopaedic surgeons/doctors. It’s 2021 and people still think this is the case it’s fucking mind blowing. Strength training doesn’t stunt growth for children. REPEAT doesn’t. #changingthegame
