High school coaches - we have to do something. I have no idea what but this is getting out of hand. Too many good coaches run off for the wrong reasons.

School is hard for kids/teachers/coaches right now. Add not having a season and it makes all of it harder on them. To extend 3 weeks n not even address or acknowledge the athletes/educators who every day are going through so many challenges is dismissive and shows poor leadership

GLUE: holds stuff together. How to spot the GLUE of a team, he/she: Takes Charges ✅ Dives for loose balls ✅ Hits crucial free throws ✅ Plays tough defense ✅ Sets solid screens ✅ Boxes out on every shot ✅ Cheers for their teammates ✅ SPRINTS the floor ✅

PLAYERS: A coach will coach your technique. A coach will coach your game intellect. A coach will coach your practice habits. A coach will coach your fundamentals. A coach should NOT have to coach your energy. Ever. Your energy reveals your attitude and how badly you want it.

Goose bump moments happen only because of the incredibly hard work put in long before. It’s the millions of quieter moments before the cheers — the unseen hours of work, sweat, and sacrifice — that make the one big moment possible!
