Well done #TeamUSA for an incredible fightback - and well done to #TeamEurope for outstanding teamwork and digging in until the end. As I said in my @NationalWorld article (below), the mental battle is the hardest to win. It will always be the biggest opponent you'll ever face.

Golf has a reputation for being a ‘quiet sport’. But not when it comes to the ##RyderCup . That’s when it becomes more like a football match. It’s exciting and terrifying, all at the same time. #PerformanceInTheSpotlight nationalworld.com/opinion/when-t…

Insecure leaders ridicule others. Secure leaders laugh at themselves. The ability to make fun of yourself opens the door to candor. It’s a mark of humility and a catalyst for learning. Great leaders take their work seriously, but they don't take themselves too seriously.

@LNER I think I might be the only person on this 0713 Brough/Kings x train this morning NOT going to see @taylorswift13 . Luckily , these 2 members of staff (Ian and Amy) are giving everyone brilliant service . They’re a credit to you - please pass on my thanks .
