Why does everybody keep complaining about this government? They’re doing brilliantly. For example my car used to only hold £65 of petrol, now it holds £90 worth. That’s way more than a couple of years ago when Jeremy Corbyn was Prime Minister.

Please stop catastrophising about children and their learning. The Gap for most isn’t as big as some would have you believe. Children are working really hard. I personally am astounded by how our children have come back to school and how much learning they did during lockdown.

School decided yesterday to cut all live lessons from 1 hour to 45 mins, to allow screen breaks for all involved. This is a game changer. The whole lesson feels more purposeful and less stressful. I've offered optional reading tasks to the superkeen. If you can do this, do it.
