Began writing the website code for my training plan site. So far all is going well. I've made the navbar, and have gotten CSS working to navigate to the appropriate pages, and used react props to highlight the current page.
I'm probably far enough into design that I can start building the training calendar application. Excited to do so. I really dislike how every website looks the same nowadays, so I'm hoping that this design isn't poor even though it goes against what is standard.
I think I've got the home page (for signed-in users) looking decent. Any thoughts?

traversing graphs is easy for me because i always put the breadth first
Next up in my web development learning process, I know that I need to learn more about absolute positioning in CSS. I've avoided it up to this point, but from what I've figured out, it's going to be necessary to take a lot of the ideas in my head and make them reality.
Continuing to work on the to-do list project. Today, I added functionality for adding items to the list using React's ChangeEvent type, and passing functions into a component.
Working today on starting a todo list web project with React to get comfortable with how it works before my training calendar project. So far have got a responsive crossing out system upon checking off a task. Learned how to use useState() to keep track of the checked state.
Continued my learning of React.js tonight with @moshhamedani 's brilliant React Tutorial for Beginners Youtube video. Managed to get a simple button that produces an alert pop up working. So far, actually quite enjoying learning React (and my fav language is C++!! haha)
Getting started with learning React.js with Typescript today. I think my first project I want to build is a training plan calendar app since that is something I was frustrated by the lack of modern, free, options of. So far JSX seems interesting!
