The Buffalo Bills Foundation is donating $200,000 to support our local response efforts to the racist attack on the East Side. The NFL Foundation will be matching that with an additional $200,000.

I hope the heroic act of the security guard gets coverage. I hope we learn more about the victims than we do of the suspect. I hope national media report that this suspect drove from 3-4 hours away to target a section of Buffalo, and this is 180° from the values we have in WNY.

Extremely hard to express the emotions right now. Absolutely heartbroken for the victims and their families, and for the City of Buffalo.
