@gak_pdx I hear what you're saying. I'm assuming that it'll mainly be a trust issue: even once AI is capable of design, the FAA won't hand over the keys until it's proven to be 99.99% reliable. But it is a matter of when, not if. And when it does happen, things will change very fast.

@JMGreerWriter Where do you recommend people start to develop these skills?

This definitely applies to drug addicts. Anyone related to an addict with a codependent parent understands this. But the principle applies broadly: to organizations, to entire governments. Bailing them out, funding them, it enables their dysfunction. They will not change.

I know it seems counter-intuitive, but: When someone is doing well, give them more funding and support. When someone is doing poorly, you must reduce their financial support. It seems cruel but this is real love.

Everyone knows that muscle gain causes euphoria But how many realize that muscle wasting causes melancholy?

@SolidSilver7018 @escapefrommelos I have only heard about them. I understood it to be tangential to the European anarchist scene, so expect ultra progressive politics, but also many French, Spanish girls.....

@elbh @charliekirk11 Yeah the story is as hard to categorize as it is tragic. Usually we think it is mothers with a variation of Munchausen By Proxy but here the mom was the skeptical one. But you are wrong about this being a psychotic break. Read his suicide note. Meticulously planned, lucid.

@herandrews Very interesting. My stepfather loathed most black people, which I hated about him. He grew up in the Northeast. Once I was older, he told me horror stories about physical abuse from black kids in school. It sounded like prison. He linked up with Puerto Rican kids to survive.

@LauraPowellEsq Bizniss man purgatory. Like paying for bottle service at a quiet, boring club hanging with stressed out jet lagged squares. Line up to buffet, pour your own drink. Unless you fly all year: just get served in a restaurant. Order a burger, have a couple cocktails and people watch!

@wookrighterson @CapitanAndress @bigmadcrab @mtracey At first glance it sure sounded like that was the case. But if you read the arrest report: No evidence shown that he knew she was 15. He says she was 18 on her profile, and it's an 18+ dating site. If cops have a 15yo lie about being 18, the case starts to look like entrapment.

@KanasRiverGuide I've been thinking about this. If we do end up purchasing and developing Greenland, it would create a new frontier for the adventurous. Six months to a year at the North Pole making incredible money and building character.

@mtracey There are a lot of gay people in this movement as well. The Right is more inclusive than in the past because it's become increasingly pragmatic. It successfully coalesces around Trump; he's always been a pragmatist. They are coalescing around a few important desires for America
