@TTV1882 @virginmedia I cannot get on either and I’m with virgin media

@virginmedia I’m going to say this one final time! Forget ‘your’ terms of business: These are mine! Either I speak to a human being or I cancel. I trust that explains my exasperation with your awful #CustomerService adequately. It would be easier getting hold of the Pope than you lot!

We’re sorry for the frustration caused and understand your concerns. Please follow us and send a DM so we can arrange for a member of our team to assist you directly 📩🤝

Thanks for flagging this — we understand how frustrating that must be 🎮😔 The Hueneme Negev error can be related to network routing, and we’d like to check this from our side. Please follow us and send a DM with your postcode and account details so we can investigate 📩🤝

@virginmedia @Forza16646 That gets 94mb wired still less then 10% of what I’m paying for.

That’s definitely not the experience we want for you 😔⚡ Getting far less than the speeds you’re paying for isn’t acceptable. Please follow us and send a DM so we can check your connection and help get this sorted

@KalEl_WBS @Forza16646 Can you please send us a screenshot of the full result including what speed the Hub is getting? Best wishes.

@djspeedy34 @virginmedia When I left them a few years back, I was inundated with calls offering me all sorts of deals. In the end, I had to question when persistence becomes harassment! If they'd cared that much when my service was, at best, intermittent - I wouldn't have left on the first place!

Sorry to hear about your experience — that’s not what we want for our customers 😔📞 Your feedback is appreciated, and we’d like to help. Please follow us and send a DM so we can look into this for you

@virginmedia @rantystoat Also, if Virgin Media do not know the reason for the outage, how do you know that it will be resolved by X as stated on your service status checker? Furthermore, what are VM doing about customer compensation when there is an outage. We are having to pay you 1 month in advance!

Thanks for your message — outage times are estimates based on live updates ⏱️🔧 Any eligible compensation is applied automatically 💳 Please follow us and send a DM with your postcode 📩
