@oggystew Hi; FPS player here, NPCs do not full kill, from the video I see this was likely a PLAYER Sniper using a suppressor; perhaps with no de-sync at all. This guy is a lil oblivious crouching around and not healing or getting to cover when being shot! 👍🏻 hope this helps
