Αυτό είναι το άγαλμα του Κατσαντώνη. Τον Κατσαντώνη τον βασάνισαν και τον σκότωσαν γύφτοι κατ´εντολή του Αλή Πασά. «Τον Κατσαντώνη πιάσανε ,κλάψτε πουλιά μου, κλάψτε. Δυό γύφτοι τον εστρώσανε δεμένο στο αμόνι κι αρχίσανε με το σφυρί να τονε πελεκάνε. Σκλήθρες πετάν τα κόκκαλα
Επένδυση ή φόρος υποτέλειας; ‼️Θα πληρώνουμε περίπου 500 εκατομμύρια το χρόνο, είτε μεταφέρει ηλεκτρισμό το καλώδιο είτε όχι. Θα τα πληρώνουμε ακόμη κι αν δεν γίνει! Η κυβέρνηση της Κύπρου, ενεργώντας μετά από πιέσεις της Αθήνας, είναι έτοιμη να δεσμευτεί για ένα έργο δισεκατομμυρίων, χωρίς να ξέρει πόσα θα στοιχίσει, πότε θα τελειώσει, αν τελειώσει ποτέ, και να στείλει το λογαριασμό στον Κύπριο φορολογούμενο πολίτη. Διαβάζω στις εφημερίδες ότι το WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital), δηλαδή το Σταθμισμένο Μέσο Κόστος Κεφαλαίου μιας επένδυσης θα είναι 8,3% και ο χρόνος απόδοσης επεκτάθηκε από τα 12 χρόνια στα 17 χρόνια. Τι σημαίνουν αυτοί οι αριθμοί που πέρασαν στα ψιλά των εφημερίδων; Ας το εξηγήσουμε του κόσμου για να ξέρει πόσα θα πληρώνει: Στα ρυθμιζόμενα ενεργειακά έργα η ΡΑΕΚ ορίζει την απόδοση μιας επένδυσης. Για τα έργα της ΑΗΚ το WACC είναι 4,6%. Αυτό το ποσό μετακυλίεται στους καταναλωτές. Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση του καλωδίου εγκρίθηκε WACC 8,3%, για περίοδο 12 χρόνων. Τις προάλλες, με πολιτικές αποφάσεις, η περίοδος αυτή επεκτάθηκε στα 17 χρόνια και η αιτιολογία είναι το γεωπολιτικό ρίσκο. Τι σημαίνει WACC 8,3%: Μόλις τελειώσει το έργο θα υπολογιστούν το κόστος κατασκευής, το κόστος λειτουργίας, οι συντηρήσεις κ.τ.λ. Με βάση τις δαπάνες θα υπολογιστεί η απόδοση του 8,3% και θα προστεθεί στο τιμολόγιο των καταναλωτών. Το πρώτο εύλογο ερώτημα είναι πόσα θα στοιχίσει το έργο. Κανένας δεν ξέρει και κανένας δεν δεσμεύεται. Μα είναι δυνατόν να δεσμεύεται το κράτος να αποπληρώσει δισεκατομμύρια για έργα, χωρίς να έχει εικόνα ποιο θα είναι το τελικό τιμολόγιο; Όσο περισσότερο κοστολογηθεί το έργο, τόσο μεγαλύτερη θα είναι και η απόδοση του αναδόχου. Δηλαδή, αν μας υπερτιμολογήσουν μισό δις, θα πληρώνουμε για 17 χρόνια και απόδοση επί της κλοπής. Αποτάθηκα στο ChatGPT και ζήτησα να μου υπολογίσει την απόδοση επένδυσης δύο δισεκατομμυρίων, που μπορεί να φτάσει το τιμολόγιο της κυπριακής συμμετοχής, με 8,3% WACC, για 17 χρόνια. Η απάντηση είναι ότι θα πληρώσουμε 7,7 δισεκατομμύρια, περίπου 500 εκατομμύρια το χρόνο, είτε μεταφέρει ηλεκτρισμό το καλώδιο είτε όχι! Αναλαμβάνοντας το γεωπολιτικό ρίσκο θα πληρώσουμε το καλώδιο ακόμη κι αν δεν λειτουργήσει ποτέ. Το γεωπολιτικό ρίσκο είναι υπαρκτό και δεν αντιμετωπίζεται με ψηλές αποδόσεις. Το ότι το Ισραήλ που προβλέπεται να συνδεθεί με το καλώδιο δεν είναι μέρος των συζητήσεων, σημαίνει ότι δεν έχει εμπιστοσύνη στο έργο. Επειδή μέχρι σήμερα δεν βρέθηκαν επενδυτές, θα βάλουν από κάτω τις τράπεζες και στο τέλος τα σπασμένα θα τα πληρώσει ο φορολογούμενος πολίτης, όπως έγινε με τα Ελληνικά ομόλογα την περίοδο της κρίσης, αλλά σε πολύ μεγαλύτερη έκταση. Επίσης, αυτός ο ψυχολογικός εκβιασμός από τα οικονομικά συμφέροντα εξ Ελλάδος είναι απαράδεχτος. Αποφάσεις υπό εκβιαστικές συνθήκες δεν είναι επένδυση, αλλά φόρος υποτέλειας. Ο πρόεδρος @Christodulides, ο καθένας από τους υπουργούς που θα εγκρίνουν αυτή την απόφαση, και οποιοσδήποτε άλλος βάλει την υπογραφή του κάτω από αυτή την αρπακτή πρέπει να ξέρουν ότι αναλαμβάνουν τεράστια ευθύνη και ότι μια μέρα θα κληθούν να λογοδοτήσουν.
