I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
Art the Clown being scared of Nikki's backwards walk is so funny to me 😭 god I love horror nights
@nithyavraman just fix problems now and ask for forgiveness later (due to bureaucracy impediments). LA is full of structural bureaucratic blockades. @KarenBassLA just help the council member out. Good luck. 🙏🏽
@MonopolyGO you should keep all sticker requests queued at the top of one’s timeline until they expire. I always miss these when I can help a friend.
@SoCal360 What time are people showing up to wait this long?
I have my air tag showing the luggage is still off site in a shipping facility next to the airport.
@British_Airways I’ve had a baggage claim reference since Friday. I’m now in a different country. This is 6 days out! I checked the portal and your system now says it can no longer find my ref number!!! I kept screenshots in case you would fuck this up (1/2)
@darendefrank @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Shipping address (2). I’ve called every number possible and even drove to the holding facility. They wouldn’t let me get it. I still have a whole additional week and a half on travels. Safe to say I’ll seek legal console against @British_Airways soon
@darendefrank @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport I’ve done the same. They finally moved the baggage to a holding facility where numerous shipping vendors can handle moving forward, but guess who leaves to a completely different country without their stuff. On top of that the airline website will not let me update the (1)
@mcstuio @British_Airways @ecourierair I got a notice they located my bag and courier would deliver it. It’s been in that status for two days.
@kathy1philips @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport You are lucky it’s at Slough. That’s the couriers facility. At least you have the ability to get it. After that a courier drives around dropping bags off. That was my wife’s situation Saturday. Mine is still in the terminal!
@British_Airways it’s been like this for four days!!!! It hasn’t moved! Just let me go get my own stuff!!!
Baggage chaos at Heathrow as furious passengers are forced to wait up to five hours for their luggage - with some told to go home without their bags trib.al/Hpz01kC
Anybody have a good recommendation for consumer protection/travel rights attorney based out of LA for what I am facing with British airlines right now?
@Ryan_Advance @British_Airways If anyone can help another patron.. please help me and bring my luggage out. I’ll pay. I’m on day 3 without my stuff. And I need to fly out to Switzerland in a day. Maybe the next person in the chain can help you out as well.
@Ryan_Advance @British_Airways Are you still there in the terminal? If so, is there tons of luggage from the prior flights?
@cnni do some basic research into the mess at Heathrow airport - Impacting multiple flights over multiple days and impacting 1,000’s of patrons.
If you are still in the baggage claims at Heathrow, please DM me. Help me get my luggage out. I will pay you well.
@British_Airways why have we still received no email saying what’s going on? Reports are saying system failure was out until this afternoon. Still no communication from you about my luggage or just what’s happening. mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/h…
@darendefrank @British_Airways Literally the same thing for me!
