Due to the fact that I was left with no service for nearly 2 months and the engineer not being able to solve the issue, I have been forced to cancel my contract. I have just received a V.m. from Michel Hopkins at the CEO. I will keep u posted. @TalkTalk

The issue still isn't being addressed. If on 3 occasions it was supposedly raised with the CEO to which I keep getting the same response " we will escalate the issue" pardon me if I find some of your responses irrelevant, unnecessary and unhelpful. Address the issue. @TalkTalk x.com/TalkTalk/statu…

@TalkTalk So, I guess the only form of help that can be rendered now is to reimburse me all the monies owed that is still in credit on my account as the company cannot salvage the damage done already and cannot fix the tecgnical issue on their end. @TalkTalk . That way you can help.

@TalkTalk Hi Can I just ask what difference the type of account makes in regards to the incompetence of talk talk being addressed? I cannot apogise for the blunt nature of my response. I have been mentally and emotionally abused by @TalkTalk to which nothing has/is being done about it.

@TalkTalk Not sure what you can do at this point as I have already been in talks with the department. I was promised a call back from the CEO as the matter was escalated but received no call back (as usual). @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk And how can you justify keeping me on the phone for over 3 hours but not resolving the issue??? You are definitely no competition for other service providers as you need to think of how to market your products better...including customer service.
