Getting some speed, agility AND soccer in on these High School Prep Program days. It's been great to see our athletes improve both individually and working together!

For those attending the high school prep program, plan to come out earlier this week and DON’T FORGET to pack a lot of water. Stay hydrated in the meantime!

Had a blast working with our high school athletes as they prep for the fall. Can’t wait to keep working with these players throughout the month! #DST

Parent text: *Team* finished 2nd in State Cup this weekend. *Player* scored all 3 goals in the 2 wins and played great. Your work has been such a lift in her confidence and skill. We do what we do so players can gain confidence, skill, and exceed their own expectations. #DST

One of my favorite things is when #DST players or parents send me videos of the player having success. It proves to me that they are gaining confidence on the field and they believe in themselves enough to send me the clips!

Skill of the week: dribbling in tight spaces. If players don’t have cones they can use whatever they have! Then, using the speed they learn from that drill to go 1v1 before shooting on a target. #DST

I love getting clips like this from our #DST athletes and families. It’s a rewarding thing to be able to help a player grow individually, so that they can perform for their team! Good job Preston 👏

Four goals. Three points. One clean sheet. That's now 12 unbeaten for the boys in purple. 😈
