@BowTiedYukon My watch tells me this info and is wrong 90% of the time. I've woken up rested & it told me I was unrecovered. Hah! I like the HR monitoring & step counting. Also.... The time is useful.

@zachary135791 I don't know any other movement that builds the legs like the back squat. People could do ONLY back squat, get it pretty heavy, and have great leg development. From there you can develop any aesthetic deficiencies.

One dieting 'hack' to volume eat is this: Replace the calories of the dense food you were about to eat with the equivalent calories of fruit. 300 cals of Ice Cream? How many oranges & apples would that be? Eat that instead. You get the calories with WAY more satiety.
