@MarioNawfal @MenchOsint Hmm, critical thinking before you repost. I jet needs to return to base for military personnel to arm the jets with new missiles.

@LordAddictILP @chikocash Microsoft is getting around regulators in Toys For Bob independent. Toys For Bob being independent means Ubisoft don’t get cloud rights to their games

@matthewstoller There is nothing interesting. The PC gaming market has been all digital over a decade. Over 70% of US market console software sales is digital

@PeterOvo5 ABK has more than 10 studios. Blizzard alone is bigger than all of Bethesda/Zenimax

@brucegelin @CamiloSuarez5 @BleacherReport This is the main reason politicians take advantage of the ignorant population. The NBA is a league competition. World Championship is countries versus countries. Players around the world play in the NBA because it's the most lucrative.

@Zuby_Tech What you said was misleading . Microsoft has been selling the technology for years to businesses with HoloLens. They even have a contract with the military. Do a little more research.

@FOSSpatents Sony is looking out for themselves concerning acquisition. They know the same remedies the EU impose on Microsoft could apply to them in the future and that goes against their business of exclusives

@DeekeTweak The EU stated Activision showed no evidence of putting their games on the cloud. The CMA speculated they would. The CMA can’t make business decisions for a company. You’re out of your depth with This one.

@vestager @sundarpichai Don’t be Acting so quick to listening to these Big tech companies. They want to gate keep the technology and prevent small tech firms from Leap frogging them by using regulations

@FOSSpatents The CMA must prove that ABK games are an "essential input" for cloud gaming, despite claiming that console and cloud gaming are separate markets. The CMA has not presented evidence that ABK games are essential in the cloud gaming market, separate from console gaming.

@FOSSpatents @AzureGamingHD CMA made the mistake of not accounting for ISPs regarding cloud gaming. ISPs have a bigger impact on the growth of cloud gaming. Additionally, the argument CMA use for COD not being on Nintendo can be used for COD not being on the cloud because of inferior technology (latency)

@xMBGx Hmm it seems Sony is more focus on COD instead of Showcase for its fans. We are going on two years without no direction from Sony

@stephentotilo This is clickbait they amended their filing. The Biden administration is very concerned about the Axon case because the Supreme Court is tilted conservative and Justice Alito wants to change procedures with regulatory agencies.

@JayDubcity16 You should realize that these numbers makes Microsoft happy to prove their case to the regulators that Sony consistently outsells them even with a price increase

@matthewstoller Microsoft wants the FTC to provide documentation from Sony to prove their case. They’re trying to drag Sony in the case as witnesses for cross examination.

@thereddragon Some of you guys don’t understand lawyer semantics. The burden of proof is on the FTC to show that Call Of Duty is popular franchise. Microsoft wants the FTC to demonstrate that in court so they can pick them apart through cross examination
