@griffmatty @Postvox 😂 😂 😂 You're crazy if you log onto the AnPost website and expect it to work! By far the most inconsistent website I've ever seen. Definately built by some intern on his first day.

@tswittersaint @VodafoneIreland Another reason is they only care about new customers. Once your an existing customer they have no time for you. I'm waiting for a call back over a week now and still nothing. Getting the same generic reply every time... Useless!

@Buntyoncosta @VodafoneIreland I'm waiting on a call back since Jan 18th... I wouldn't hold my breath. Unless you are a new customer Vodafone want nothing to do with you

@Davidmc05218780 @VodafoneIreland Their customer service is shocking!! With them since 2007 and they don't care at all about their existing customers. Everything aimed at new customers. And waiting over a week for a call back

@VodafoneIreland Yes 3 days ago saying you couldn't do anything for me! What a fantastic response. I've tried to upgrade over the phone, on the app, on desktop & mobile browser and because you have technical issues with your site you can't take my money. But NEW customers have zero issues!

@VodafoneIreland @ThreeIreland have you any deals on an s24+ for a customer that has been loyal to Vodafone since 2007 but can no longer stand their complete disregard for customer service?

@VodafoneIreland Do you think any of those would be able to sell a PHONE? Seems like a simple task but I've spend 2 hours 11 minutes on JUST calls to try get and upgrade and it's IMPOSSIBLE. On top of twitter DM's and support chats... Unbelievable!!

@jamietallon1 @VodafoneIreland I had 1 person Wednesday that finally admitted their website was broken and would not let anyone upgrade to the s24 range... Yet no one in the entire company has the intelligence to notice that all their s24 sales are new customers. They can't even manage the basics!

@jamietallon1 @VodafoneIreland Hey @jamietallon1 I've still no luck. I've spend over 2 hours on calls with them, every time @VodafoneIreland says they will call me back and it never happens. This along wirh chat messages and twitter DM'S. And I still can't get the upgrade. I've never seen anything like it!!

@TheAAie When are you doing a competition for a refund for the customers that you continue to take money from when their policy has ended?

@SamsungIreland_ Don't fall for this scam! I purchased from a participating retailer listed on their website and I'm in a participating country (Ireland) and got told I'm not eligible! Going against their own T&C's!!!
