My favorite part of flu season is when the same people who got the flu shot get the flu and say well imagine how bad it would have been without it.

Kevin Durant says some of his closest friends to this day are 9-5 workers he met playing video games over 10 years ago 🔥🎮 “They hang out with me in my house. I trust this dude with anything. He my BEST friend” “I got at least 50 dudes I can call up to hop on the game. 95% of them met me like that. Hop in a party and start talking with my homie and the others be like, ‘Wait, who tf? You do what? You play who?’”

To anyone who hates on Kalen DeBoer, look long and hard at this. Not just the 20 wins in two seasons, but the fact that there is 20 wins in his first two seasons in quite literally the hardest era of college football ever Pic credit to @CBSCFB

I remember asking assistant coach Mo Cheeks, what’s harder to do? Workout after practice or before?? I only asked cuz by time I would get to the gym, Russ was already done in the morning and I usually got mine in after practice. Mo like, “coming in before practice is probably harder”…since then, it’s been my routine….a lot of people looked at the emotions on the court and thought Russ was loud, nah to me, he was quiet and methodical. He lead by example and once the lights were bright, he let everything out and experienced pure freedom. It was inspiring as his teammate and everywhere I went, I seen it inspire people from all walks of life, crazy thing is, he didn’t say much, he just showed up. For 18 years. This basketball life is sacred to us as professionals, what we put into that court means everything. Some of us wish we could go back and do things with a little more intent and some can just wipe their hands and be satisfied with the time spent. Who u gonna be? We know what zero was on…keep inspiring in the next phase of life champ. I don’t care what happens, can’t erase what it was…The first YNs, finals run in our early 20s, all star games, seeing each other get injured and bounce back, the bus rides, plane rides, card games, jokes and arguments, the whole thing, memorable!! …to the whole Westbrook family, Nina, the kids, mama Westbrook, big Russ, Ray, Donnell, everybody from luezinger high and ucla and many more that I’m forgettin, much love and Congratulations on a iconic career.

You bought GTA5 in 2013 for $60 You bought every Madden, 2k, CoD, Battlefield, skins since then for $60/70 per year. So you won’t spend $100 on GTA6 but you’ll spend $780-910 on recycled games. None of you can critically think. Fries in the bag and shut up.

Life is fucking electric bro. Don’t fall for the doomer shit. That’s for losers and normies scared of their own shadows. Walk around like God sent you and smile at everyone you see. Spread light and abundance. Build things and take chances. This is the best time in history!

You're a man. In 2026, - Eat clean - Walk more - Lift weights - Sleep earlier - Wake up at 5 AM - Fast in the morning - Drink water - Talk less - Listen more - Spend time alone - Love your family - Avoid negative thoughts. Your life is 100% your responsibility.

Couldn’t share the post because it got deleted but this is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen take place in a weight room. Extreme risk, terrible execution, just asking to get hurt for absolutely no benefit. I know plenty of S&C coaches of all levels follow me, if you are encouraging things like this you’re a moron.

Greg McElroy on Alabama’s loss to FSU: “I think it’s hilarious how many people are trying to pin it on Ty. If you’re trying to pin that performance on Ty, you don’t know ball. I thought he battled. He was one of just a handful of guys that really played his heart out.”

Former Alabama safety DeMarcco Hellams just absolutely obliterated a Lions wide receiver in the Falcons preseason game. There is a clearly a reason for why his nickname is “Hitman”.
