@gamelawless Yeah, that’s exactly the balance we’re aiming for. The meta layer should give you new reasons to fly the VF-01 differently, not keep you away from actually piloting it. Glad that part of the direction is coming through — excited to show more in the demo.

@gamelawless Yeah, that’s something we’re trying to be careful about. The between-run systems should make the next flight more interesting, not keep you stuck in menus. Piloting the VF-01 stays at the center.
@TEleninovski Thanks! Aerion is actually the enemy faction, not a single boss. There are multiple colossal Aerion encounters throughout the game, but not every major encounter is a boss fight.
@gamelawless Thanks! That’s exactly the focus. The core loop stays centered on directly piloting the VF-01 — movement, aiming, intercepting threats, and counterattacking — then refining your setup and choosing the next Contact before heading back out.
