Today, DWR conducted the 2nd Phillips Station snow survey of 2020. The manual survey recorded 40.5" of snow depth & a snow water equivalent of 14.5", which is 79% of average for this location. Statewide, the Sierra snowpack is 72% of average. More here: bit.ly/31aQNKh
