New website is up. There was no downtime but if you happened to go there in the 10 last minutes there was no SSL certificate (was validating) and images were broken during that time.

5 big articles left and I'm done, 2 days or so. Because of the many workarounds I used on Google Sites, I also have to rework and re-export ALL my images, which adds a significant amount of time to the rebuilding (but no more slightly blurry pics and without perf trade-off).

I'm like 20% done. Complete restructuration takes a lot of time. I started making fully optimized custom patterns after completely understanding the way Wordpress blocks were coded. There are actually not many limitations in the free plan and easy workarounds for a few.

Just found like 10 composers in a row that I like a track of and are not already in my playlists. I wasn't even looking, the first one just happened to be linked to some others through credits on a specific game, then I followed the chain.
This did not just happen. I finished building my homepage, hosted it through the free WordPress dot com and ran a lighthouse to see how good or bad their stuff is optimized. Just got 100 perf first try. Max on Google was 97 because of their render blocking undeletable js shit.

I wonder if I could just use a random word generator to come up with new music genre labels.
"Catchy" can be a double-edged sword when composing. It's great to have something super memorable, but it means that the listener also notices super quickly if you re-use it just a little too often.

Storage nerds! I've given up trying to use a 4 slot Thunderbolt enclosure w/NVMe drives on my PC. Too unreliable. Suggestions for externally housing 3-4 NMVe drives? Only options I see are single UBS3 cases.

@DemfireCreation It’s honestly not that common. It’s just strange enough to me personally that I remember them. They’ve always been innocuous enough, so it’s no big deal. Just a little odd.
It takes all sorts, but there’s a demographic of people on Twitter that seems to self-repost (not quote), every reply they write, regardless of whether it makes sense to do so. They confuse me.
