24 of our pages are found by Google but not listed. That was our Search Console on 13 Oct: 193 indexed, 24 found but not indexed. It can happen to any site, so check yours under Indexing, then Pages.
Open Google's Rich Results Test, paste one product page address, and send the red items to your web person. Free website check: devmarde.com/links
Google may call your product listing invalid. On 29 Sep, Google's Rich Results Test flagged 6 invalid items on one of our pages and 5 on another. After the fix, 0 on both. Test yours in five minutes.

Your brand name may be taking up your page title twice. Our own titles said DevMarDe twice until 28 Sep, which wasted space we needed. Search your business name on your phone and check the blue title for a repeated name.

If you run a website, there is a deadline you didn't set. SSL certificates are getting shorter lives: 200 days max from 15 March 2026, 100 days from March 2027, 47 days from March 2029. Renewing from a calendar reminder stops being realistic.

The fix has three steps. Count the pages that link to your best page, add a menu or footer link if it is zero, and check it in Google Search Console after a few days. Free website check: devmarde.com/links
If nothing links to your best page, Google may never look at it. On 26 Sep our two newest pages had 0 links, and Google had 40 of our 310 pages. After we added footer and services links, /agencies was on Google by 28 Sep. Count the links to yours.
If it does end in dots, cut it to about 60 characters and put the most important words first. Free website check: devmarde.com/links
Google shows only about 60 characters of your page title, so a long one gets cut off. Our own title had 88 characters on 28 Sep, and we cut it to 58 so it fits. Search your business name on your phone and look for "…" at the end of the blue title.
The three-agency problem. Dev ships fast, no schema. SEO adds schema, site's still slow. Designer makes it beautiful, breaks both. Nobody's wrong. Everybody's optimising their own third.

Your contact form may say "Thanks!" and still send you nothing. On 28 Sep we found our own form counting a firewall page as a saved sign up. It is fixed now. Test yours: fill it in on your phone, then check your inbox.
Added Poppins to a site. Lighthouse perf went 100 → 95. CLS 0 → 0.089. The font was swapping and shoving the layout down. Fix was a metric-overridden fallback face: ascent-override: 92% descent-override: 31% line-gap-override: 0% size-adjust: 112% Back to 100.
@SameerRijh That one sentence test is a good filter. I'd add one more, paste the page text into ChatGPT and ask the same three things. A lot of small sites keep the answer inside an image or a slider and the AI can't read it.
@CadenceSEO Agreed, one screenshot isn't a measurement. A baseline I would add before tracking is a fetch test per bot, since a page that returns 403 to GPTBot looks like weak visibility in the data when it is really a block. Do your reports separate access from content?
