That sucks.. FedEx sucks. They are the fucking worst. You won't get your phone until Monday unless you are able to go to the facility and get it yourself. Fuck FedEx.. I'm still pissed they left $5000 worth of blinds in the middle of my front yard instead of just coming down the driveway and leaving them at the door(which would have been way less steps for them, makes no sense) Good luck bro.

@FedEx @FedExHelp FedEx, please help me! I had my new iPhone 18 Pro attempted delivery at my house where I was in the living room and your driver never knocked on the door but left a door tag. I need this package. I have already set up a case and the representative said that they were gonna try to get the package delivered tonight, but I can’t wait till Monday. Do the right thing and help me get my package. This is unacceptable

Hey @FedExHelp WTF is this about?? I took the day off to be at home to sign and receive. First you changed the delivery window. Then this? No doorbell ring. Saw a truck earlier in the day but it didn’t stop. I’d like some help NOW!

@ATT @ATTHelp the way you now handle shipping is atrocious. How can you as the shipper not be able to contact @FedEx when there is an issue? Why am I not able to change to fedex pickup and have to wait at your request? Seriously horrendous ordering experience
