That Guy In Texas @OreoInTexas

Real Estate pet peeve: when a realtor is showing your house to their client, and they don’t know what they’re talking about, so they make shit up. Just ask. And when the listing says the house is a 1920’s craftsman, and your client says “this house feels old.” No shit. #atlanta

@angela_ford @ajc @ajconwashington Are you suggesting democrats don’t load in other crap into their bills? Because they do, because they also don’t care about you.

@compsciman @oh_HOLMES We didn’t overpay ourselves, but with the money we put into the house, we’re definitely going to take a loss. A big loss. Despite the interest rate, whoever buys our house is in for a big win. We moved out of state, so we’re selling, otherwise we’d stay in it and cash out later.

@oh_HOLMES 6% of purchase price. That’s why we’re able to offer upwards of 75% of closing, depending on where the offer comes in and/or any other concessions we may have to make.

@oh_HOLMES It’s doable. A bit tricky if it’s FHA and limits on concessions, but definitely doable. We’re hoping to find a buyer like you! Floating a mortgage in Georgia and rent in Texas ain’t fun!

@warnerbros @WBHomeEnt Excited, but I’d be more excited if it was still scheduled for November 27’ instead of 28’.

@FedEx @FedExHelp this has got to be one of the dumbest tweets things I’ve ever experienced with a delivery. This neighborhood has 200 houses and a main office. And you’re going to leave a tag on the gate? What incredible service you have! Wow!

@oh_HOLMES Silverado driver here, won’t be voting Democrat. I know that republicans and democrats both blame each other every year for gas prices, so I don’t play into that. I vote for bigger picture items, not a fluctuating price of an item on a world market.
