Again more lies and promises by @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK. Customer support is non existent. Trying to get the money they owe me back, it’s easier getting blood from a stone.
Once again I am wasting precious family time to sort the mistakes of THREE, who billed me for services they stopped for almost 5 months. Even though I have been assured by customer services that it was resolved, each time I have been lied to and let down. @ThreeUK @Ofcom
