@ATT I feel that AT&T should follow Apple’s example for customer service and ditch DRTV I had a great relationship with co until Fnnn DRTV I wish I could turn back time and never mix them I miss my ATT PHONE SERVICE..
@AppleSupport there is good reason that Apple is what it is! I have nothing but positive experience with the support team members and the Apple products . I had lots of issues to fix and my tech Brian walked me thru in short x fix all excell. Service TU ATEAM

I still can’t use my phone because they shut off my cellular! Totally mislead by them. I had the passport and day pass!!
I was also a long time customer until I got tangled into the DRTV disaster and may the good lord be with you when you try to cancel. Do research here on Twitter to see how many complaints about their customer service. Also to all cell customer Nooooo

Ok well I thought I would give it a trial period after the merge and oh boy what a huge mistake!!!!! I tried to cancel with in the time frame they gave me but all I seemed to get was runaround. I wouldn’t pay for services not rendered and now I have no cell
