A 'new year project' for Rotary in the West of Scotland, could be: a '2020 Project' - whereby 20 Rotarians within the district, each enable & engage 20 friends and family, to join Rotary and 'Make a Difference' - that would result in 400 NEW Rotarians... Think 2020 folks...
