@ChutneyBaby will your website be up and running soon? Cheers.
@BarclaysUKHelp but neither @ThreeUKSupport or your partner finance will talk to each other to resolve the issue! So what am I suppose 2 do?
@BarclaysUKHelp @ThreeUKSupport have terminated the contract and I no longer have phone or sim, so 3 should be contacting you to confirm...
@BarclaysUKHelp with no help or support what-so-ever! I don't know what else I can to, to get this resolved!
@BarclaysUKHelp because the contract with @ThreeUKSupport has been terminated. Until 3 and Barclays resolve this I'm the one penalised...
@BarclaysUKHelp and this is why Barclays and @ThreeUKSupport need to talk to each other as there shouldn't be a contact in place....
@BarclaysUKHelp it is, but I shouldn't have a partner finance agreement as 3 have cancelled the contact & I no longer have phone or sim!
@BarclaysUKHelp ..b/c u can't/won't talk 2 each other to resolve the issues w. your agreement; that I'll be penalised for if not sorted now!
@BarclaysUKHelp numerous times! But nothing is being sorted! Somehow I have to act as go being for u and @ThreeUKSupport to sort this out..
@ThreeUKSupport ..u should be telling me the latest! It's your internal system w. notes of weeks worth of chats! U're failing me still!
@ThreeUKSupport that's ridiculous! How can 3 promote new contracts w. aid of @BarclaysUKHelp but u can't talk to them directly!!!...
@BarclaysUKHelp require @ThreeUKSupport confirmation, but u're not talking to each other! U've failed me individually; now trying together!
@BarclaysUKHelp this has nothing to do with phone insurance! This is regarding a cancelled contract w. 3 and Barclays requesting payments...
@BarclaysUKHelp I haven't spoken w. the insurance team. So far I haven't been advised to do so. You and @ThreeUKSupport need to talk first!
@BarclaysUKHelp Cody are you available to talk?
@BarclaysUKHelp please speak with @ThreeUKSupport to resolve my issue. Your agreement w. 3 re. handset payments is not working! Unimpressed
@ThreeUKSupport ...Im having to coordinate both! Throughly unimpressed and disgusted with level of service!
@ThreeUKSupport (ref:22880877) Returned phone, 3 lost it. Weeks of chats no results. 3 not yet spoken w. @BarclaysUKHelp to resolve issue...
Being scammed by @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp both inept & Im being penalised! 4wks+ of appalling service w/out fix!
@HoboArmour what's your return address? I'd like to arrange an exchange? Cheers
