@AltaFoxCapital I’ve used Dynata for a lot of consumer-related PE investments I’ve been involved in. They’ve been strong at finding unique cohorts of people we’ve targeted for surveys. dynata.com

@Jeffreyw5000 @FjLabs The most mind blowing part of how few people they are using to deploy the capital. This isn’t 100+ investment professionals it’s ~20.

@benton_moss We’ve purchased two businesses with outstanding PPP loans outstanding. If your deal is an asset sale, I’d exclude this liability. If it’s a stock sale, the easiest route is to escrow in the amount of the PPP loan until the loan is forgiven by both the bank and SBA.

@InvestLikeBest Agree with Jeremy. I wrote out some thoughts on the misalignment of SPACs in the link below. There will be some winners but in general the structure doesn’t seem attractive compared to other areas one could invest. drive.google.com/file/d/1MdfZhC…

@benton_moss Agreed. However, the spike would need to be fairly significant. Most bank loans for small businesses are floating rate in nature so there’s some built in protection. Right now, the appetite I’m seeing from most lenders on 5 year loans is pretty voracious.
