@yyzsportsmedia He may not be an expert on all sports, but when a big story breaks I always want to hear Bob’s take. I imagine I’m far from alone on that point.

@Suresh Have you been to Sang-Ji Fried Bao yet? Burned my mouth several times, but so good.

@cnutsmith Just saw your email regarding The Taster. Really sad to hear you’re closing up shop as it’s impossible to take on the Toronto food scene without a reliable voice like yours leading the way. Any idea what’s next?

@cnutsmith It’s been a while since I’ve been wowed by a new Toronto restaurant. Then I had the tacos gobernador at Comal y Canela. Loved everything about the place!

@cnutsmith Cant argue with you there, but restaurants can change as I learned from a place like Ici Bistro way back. Except that went from being one of the top restaurants in the city to arguably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had...

@cnutsmith Not going to lie, it was a bit of a mess when I went last summer, but new, young chef has taken over and put his stamp on the menu and the food. Was really impressed.

@realjeffsimmons Never thought I’d be complaining about my hip flexor at 27 after softball... The saddest part is, I believe it’s all downhill from here

@cnutsmith Hoof’s take on liver and onions is still one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in the city. It’s one of, if not the restaurant, responsible for me and my fiancé falling in love with food. Period.
