THE DEVIL WILL MAKE YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH LOOK OFFENSIVE! The friend who encourages your bad habits may feel like your lifesaver, while the pastor who corrects you may feel like your problem. But have you stopped to ask yourself why? Not everything that makes you happy is helping you, and not everything that makes you uncomfortable is hurting you.

Your life will not become meaningful by accident; you must give it direction through intentional decisions. You cannot keep treating your responsibilities casually and expect your future to reward you exceptionally.

LOVELIGHT DEVOTIONAL Tuesday, 20th October 2026. LOVE IS A GIFT, NOT A STRUGGLE "And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." Romans 5:5 (KJV) Many believers tire themselves trying to love others out of human willpower. They try to manufacture forgiveness, patience etc only to end up frustrated because humanity is naturally flawed. God does not command us to produce love on our own; He supplies it. Jesus is the source, and through the Holy Spirit, He pours God’s love freely into our hearts. Loving others becomes natural and effortless when we realize that we are simply giving out of the abundance of what Christ has already given to us. Stop trying to love in your own strength. Look to Jesus, rely on His grace, and allow His love to flow through you naturally. When Christ is your supply, loving even the most difficult people becomes easy. FAITH CONFESSION The love of God fills my heart. Jesus is my supply, and I love others effortlessly through the grace of the Holy Spirit in me. FURTHER READING 1 John 4:19; Galatians 5:22; John 15:5. The ultimate purpose of our existence is not merely to acquire wealth, achieve greatness, enjoy comfort, or gain recognition. We were created to live for the glory of God. A life that does not honour God has missed the very purpose for which it was given. Honouring God must go beyond our words, songs, prayers, and confessions. It must be demonstrated in how we live, what we prioritise, what we pursue, and what we are willing to sacrifice for His will.

Your destination is influenced by the voices you listen to. Who is shaping your thinking? Who are you receiving counsel from? Are their words backed by wisdom, truth and proven character? Don't confuse eloquence with wisdom or applause with accuracy. Be teachable, but also be discerning. Not everything that sounds powerful is correct in context.

@AnointedPreston Good and bad aren’t subject to what is being done but the source behind them. They are discerned to know which is which.

What a Praise Session! What a joyful celebration of our God! When we think of His goodness, remember His faithfulness, and consider all He has done for us, how can we keep silent? The Bible says in Psalm 150:6, “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD...
