What do you think is the most effective solution for reducing infant mortality in developing countries? #EM203

Last month I made a website about how I learn. I've made some changes so we can discuss a critical issue: newborn mortality in developing countries. I've shared some of my thoughts on the issue, so lets get the conversation going! #EM203 dylanmark.wixsite.com/spreadthenews

Check out my infographic on the steps necessary to reduce newborn mortality in developing countries! #EM203

Developing nations face increased newborn mortality rates due to preventable medical issues and a lack of skilled care. What can we do to help solve this problem? #EM203 #EM203OC2Problem

Here's a great picture showing the top causes of preventable newborn deaths and how high quality care can solve this issue. It's clear that developed nations should invest in medical care for third world countries in order to prevent the death of both children and mothers. #EM203

Here's a really informative website about why certain parts of the world have high infant mortality rates. Thankfully, the World Health Organization, as well as other organizations around the world are working to help newborns at the earliest stage. who.int/news-room/fact…

Really cool how different learning styles use technology in different ways! We should all be self-aware of our own learning styles to know how we learn most effectively.

Come find out how I approach learning in an online classroom! Learning is a social process, so feel free to leave a comment on any of my blog posts. I'd love to get in touch! dylanmark.wixsite.com/howdoilearn

@EM203ncrawford The theory of constructivism was really interesting to me, also because of how easy it is to apply to my personal learning experience. Good to see that we're all learning something new!

@EM203JScalzitti I agree, I performed a lot better on the multitasking exercise when I was fully concentrated! Learning that, I might study more often on campus, as opposed to at home where there are more distractions.

@EM203RGill I agree the lessons have been good so far. Our group learned about constructivism. I also found it interesting to read about the implications of multitasking!

@Em203Himanshu Sweet, what teaching method stood out to you the most? Our group learned about constructivism!

@em203across The different ways we learn has been really cool to read about! I also like the idea that our individuality gives us our own optimal learning method.

#EM203 Has been really interesting so far. Got to learn about constructivism and how this learning theory can be applied outside the classroom. So far seems to be a very hands-on course.
