#EM203 #EM203OC2Problem The lack of public mental health care funding in Canada is something I feel strongly about, and I am committed to researching and finding a change! Canadians deserve medication, therapy and recovery!

This is a photo of the #BellLetsTalk home page, which is a Canadian initiative that donates 5 cents for every social media support and text on Jan 31st each year toward Canadian mental health funding!

#EM203Research This site discusses the importance of a safe learning environment for students. Not only is this extremely relevant to our class, but it is an educational read! enihttps://journals-scholarsportal-info.libproxy.wlu.ca/details/13510126/v17i0006/519_ssweareiuphe.xml

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18257949 This article discusses how education (not only within schools, but also at home) extremely effects obesity, food intake/nutrition and physical activity in young kids. #EM203Problems

@em203ltheriault Hey learning group friend! Great concept map, although I think Education could be an issue that could lead to not just obesity, but physical activity and nutrition as well! #EM203Problems

In 3 lessons I've learned about constructivism, online platforms, who & how we're learning in the 21st century, and the 3M's! I also learned not to multi-task, which I didn't during this tweet! :) #EM203Robin

@m_em203 As someone who used to always multi task I found it eye-opening to learn that we are so much more successful when we focus on one thing at a time!

@em203debs I agree! It is so interesting to learn about these concepts and use them in other courses as well as life!

@EM203Iamin It was so interesting to learn about different types of learning and thinking about what I believe is the best way to learn. Everyone is different, it's great that there is a different learning strategy for everyone!

@Em203LRosenberg I loved learning about constructivism, I believe it is truly the best way to learn!

@EM203mdaphne Agreed! Although I use the internet all the time, I was amazed learning about so many different online platforms!

Very interest first few weeks of learning in #em203! As said below, very eyeopening to see how learning in the digital age impacts our lives.
