@teachingsX Getting zucked as well, to be honest been happening on meta since July. Zero consistency. I’ve tried everything, CBO, ABO, Cost Cap, highest Volume, Highest Value, Bid Cap. For those that would say “it’s a creative issue” - I’ve added in a ton of good creative as well.

@jforjacob Also US Shopify has a built in PayPal wallet no? I just use that instead of an external account, I’ve never had an issue since it’s just integrated with SP. What’s the difference? Why would you use external account?
@jforjacob Just constantly harass them on the phone every 2-4 weeks, usually does the trick & they release a chunk. Ask them to lower the holding reserve to like 10% as well, I fought with them but eventually they do it, escalate everytime you phone them. Don’t take NO for an answer 😤
@benradack For the testing ABO, you have the budgets per ad set @ 2-3X your AVG CPA @ what point do you cut ads? what spend?
@casglb Also creative makes a difference, the more creative the better & I always found starting the budget lower before inflating it helped. I’d start at 1K-2.5K then when performance was good for 24-72hr window I’d double it or even more. Eventually in November most daily’s were 100K
@casglb Ultimately down to demand also, you can increase the bid as much as you want but if the demand isn’t there it won’t spend. Last September was similar for me, we were averaging £1K a day spend on the bidcap campaign in Oct then Nov £12K a day & same moving in to December.
@harryecommerce Fixed $10 per order as our AOV is $300+, creators that reach a certain GMV will get a 50% increase. I originally thought to do 10% GMV but with ad spend on top it’s not economically liable. Onboarded 25 creators first month, we’re just getting the content submissions now
