@maybeWahed Yes please mate

Run more quiz funnels. Run more post purchase upsells.

Yes but your ads do an amazing job of moving the viewer gradually to most aware. Objectively "most people's" ads do not do this to the same degree, hence they would benefit from a pre-sell page to further educate / overcome objections. It's like Bellingham saying everyone should just dm on IG "come round tonight" - most the readers of that DM are going to be ready to buy already, no need for a date. But for a 9-5 Caballero in Madrid or even someone relatively successful, a date over a DM is going to improve their conversion rate as the prospect is not as certain yet.

After a week in the quiz funnel trenches (its scaling now), these are the 2 biggest learnings. 1. All of the apps are useless. > Clarflow is the best but still very limited AI assistant to build customised nodes conditional on what was answered earlier in the quiz. > HeyFlow and Octaneai don't even bother lol, so outdated and limited (and expensive?) > Claude code >>>> the personalisation you can do based on what your avatar answers is endless. Personalised quiz funnels are still an under leveraged element of using AI to build out funnels in my opinion. 2. In a quiz funnel almost all (60-70%) of the drop off comes on the first question. then 5-10% on question 2, if you can get them past question 2, most will finish the quiz and go through your whole educational funnel So all optimisations want to be on these first 2 questions really, but the first slide is SO important. A 10% improvement on this slide 1 will lead to better results that a 50% improvement on slide 8. And I would have you first question less “invasive”, like you're talking to a girl at a bar, just ask her name or where she's from.

@chachingchaser Replied to the same question here bro x.com/danrobertsecom…

@harryecommerce 10% GMV commission, but Smart retainer contact for creators you want to work consistently with. Start on a $1k smart retainer for 30 videos approved / month. Then can adjust it the months after depending on how they’re doing.

There's a certain type of Trybe creator you need to avoid. The Filippo Inzaghi. They will join your programme and only submit super bottom of funnel content. "We apologise to everyone who bought X, because we lied" "The sale ends today" etc etc. The trap is the first few times you accept this kind of content it will convert well, but these customers will have also converted very likely from a brand asset like a BOF static or email. So you're paying unnecessary commission to people who are already most aware about your product. I will HAPPILY pay uncapped commission for creators who BRING people into our eco-system. Who meet them at problem aware / solution aware and convert them. They are your greatest assets. > If anything you are kind of under paying them with Trybe attribution. As it won't count all the buyers who saw that first partnership ad to learn about you, then converted later that week through an email flow or google search. But - stay clear of these kind of creators who are just arbitraging the money you have put in through content creation and ad spend to move these customers down to most aware. They are waiting at the back post for the tap in. And they are just samplemaxxing to try and do this for 400+ brands per month. Its the same as using an extra 10% discount on your abandoned cart flows. You are just eroding gross margin when you don't need to.

@creedunbound @harryecommerce Yeah we pre qualify with a google form before sending them the product. This is not a side hustle haha. 1/24 videos on META become winning ads (their own data) so we explain that unless you are willing to make 30 videos per month, you cannot expect to earn high commission.

@spikeballchris @harryecommerce So many variables that go into this, like the status of your brand: x.com/danrobertsecom… But generally yes, if you are a brand that people want to work with and have proof of a lot of sales on Trybe you will have tonnes of applicants.

No one has talked about with Trybe is how the “status” of the product and brand is so important to have success on there. I think one thing that is under spoken about, is the importance to have a “brand" people want to talk about / gives them status to promote. Last year with

For their first month, we write them 30 concepts. Once they have proven they can get sales we will offer more freedom for maybe 20% of their videos, 80:20 rule always. 5 unique videos with 6 hooks each no haha. 1-3 hooks per concept and then we will see what the data says, if poor hook rate but other metrics are good we will get them to re-film 3 new hooks for that concept.

I looked through Wink’s ad library this morning. And they really need to teach their Trybe creators how to BRIDGE. The bridges between awareness stages are so clunky and this is one of the biggest mistake average creators make, without a great script to follow. > They talk about problem > Generic bridge: Then I started doing some research, and I found X product !!! If you study the top HDM yappers, from Bioroot, Nuora, the bootstrapped -> 8 figure brands They are experts in bridging. ❌ “ Then I started doing some research, and I found X product” ✅ “My sister starting dating a vet who explained to me” Your viewer is going to skeptical that a 50 year old Texan mom understands the hormones and enzymes causing menopause, and has the perfect product recommendation. But if she references a study which shows proof to your mechanism and says an authority figure who came into her life explained it further to her, and showed her this product he recommends to his patients. You are going to get a lot more “Aha’s”, head nods, and most importantly sales. This is why it’s so important to train your top Trybe creators as a creative strat. And make sure your 7/10 creators stick to written scripts until they have been trained up and created big spenders.

I've not seen anyone talk about him on X, But Blue Sense Digital / Nathan Perdriau has put out the best e-commerce content by a long way this year. So if you haven't consumed any of his content, go and do so. If you have, you'll know he just dropped a banger on Black Friday 2026 strategy, which will make you a lot of $$$. youtu.be/YLDKl9aVgMM?si…

The virgin native ads copywriter > Spends 4 hours a day reading reddit and Facebook groups to understand how the customer thinks and speaks. > Handwrites sales letters from Gary Halbert every day. > Split tests same image and copy with 3 different mechanisms to see which performs best. Watched the RMBC course 3 times. > I improves me ROAS from 1.4 to 1.5!!! > 10% margins even with subs pre-ticked and hidden. Has to be invested in to stock to scale so can’t take any profit out the business. Still lives with his parents. Posts G-wagons he doesn’t own. Vs the Chad Tiktok shop / Trybe Affiliate Mom > Doesn’t even write a script, one shots speaking the customers own language before the school run. > Never read a copywriting book, terminally online. Just shows a before and after transformation with a curiosity gap then scarcity closes. Viewers believe her when she says the sale expires today. > Doesn’t even know what a mechanism is, never heard of Stefan Georgi’s name. Just says 'Insert foreign country’s better solution versus American failed solution'. Let errrrr rippppp I need to feed ma kids. > Generates millions organically on tiktok. When creative is moved to META it spends millions at 2+ ROAS. > Unlimited free cashflow from affiliate commission. Bought 2 McMansions and out earns her accountant husband filming between school drop offs in her G-wagon.

@2nervik @LukasPakter @cjfeth your DMs are closed bro

HOW TO SUCCEED ON TRYBE I was one of the first movers on to Trybe. I did a call with @LukasPakter when he opened it to the public in May, and sent the recording to @cjfeth He is now doing 100k+ week on there [ I was too early for the $10k brand referral link scheme :( ] and has shared it with his 500+ community. So now the information gap is closing. It won’t be enough to just “be on Trybe”. It’s the same situation as the DTCBoomers that ran up brands in Covid $2 CPMs, and now always complain about META. Information gap is closing, the skill gap is the only MOAT. What Lukas explained on that call in May is how to win in the long run on Trybe. To outcompete everyone, you need to do 2 things: A) Invest in your creators, find the fat girls on the treadmill and train them up. Lamine Yamal doesn’t want to come play for Villa. But in the Championship Jack Grealish could improve, take them up, give the club MORE BUDGET to sign better players, and re-invest back in the club. B) SAS squad will beat an average army. Product seed out to as many creators as you like and offer training to upskill them. BUT you should think of your creators like Creative Strategists. I would rather than 1-3 ELITE Creative Strategists making me 30 concepts per month. Than have 100 Average Creative Strategists making me 10 concepts per month. Most Trybe creators make all their money with 1 brand, and it takes creators quite a lot of time to (20-30 videos) to really learn a lot about your brand / your market / your audience / what performs well. I will never sign a creator on retainer who isn’t willing to make me 30 videos per month, and a lot of these are 3-5 minute HarryDelMege yapper styles, so it requires a big time commitment from them. They’re only going to be willing to invest this time into your brand if you invest in them first, and incentive them. If you want the call recording I talked about with the founder Lukas in May, just reply to this tweet and I’ll DM it to you.

Now everyone knows about Trybe Here is the strategy that has worked well for me the last 3 months. > Have a VA per brand working across all SOPs for onboarding, outreach and training. > We product seed through Trybe, give a broad content brief (5 angles to pick from -->

@chuckiegregory @jforjacob thoughts why sir?

Ok here’s some points I took from @StefanGeorgi mastermind today 1. The ad becomes the highest leverage thing on the funnel and a lot of the brands are making it their “advertorial” and they send straight to PDP 2. Don’t go too deep into the avatar to a point you miss on the TAM, focus more on the mechanism rather than on a very niche avatar. 3. Hiring is still what everyone are struggling with. 4. 30 Creatives a week is enough to scale a product to 9 fig if you have quality creatives. 5. HIRE FOR OPS. 6. Taboola is nice if you put your mind into it could add 10-30k a day in spend. 7. Singing ads are printing for everyone it’s not just X noice and Yapper ads still work.
