The more you build your own thing, the more unemployable you become.
Deadlines make better engineers than unlimited time. Pressure forces decisions. It exposes weak assumptions. It drives real progress. Unlimited time = experiments. Tight timelines = products.
The best time this year to apply for a job is RIGHT NOW! Don't wait. Q1 and Q3 are major hiring quarters for most organizations.

You don’t need more resumes. You need more alignment. If you’re unclear on what success looks like in the role, no amount of sourcing will save your hire.
Job hopping is out. Job hugging is in. 🤝 Workers are clinging to jobs like lifeboats, riding out uncertainty instead of risking the market. 👨🔧Candidates: Don’t quit until you have your next role. 🏢Employers: Now’s your window to improve retention. Don’t waste it.
AI won’t replace engineers. But engineers who use AI will replace those who don’t.
