You can win a lot in life by just being the last one to give up.
You spend most of your time inside your head so make it a nice place to be. Because until you can get your thoughts in order, you can never get your life in order.
The gap between the life you desire and the life you have is called effort, focus, and consistency.
Always remember that stress is a choice and so is peace.
Explanations: friends don't need them and naysayers won't believe them. Make your moves, stay locked in, and keep on grinding. You don't owe anyone an explanation EVER.
I've found the best way to end anything is to let it starve. Don't respond, don't act, don't fight it - simply refuse to feed it. That's where real strength and control lies. Especially true for addictions.

Be cool today. Make someone's day. Build someone up. Teach someone something. Go out of your way to be kind to someone who deserves it. Point is: if you want society to get better, you have to live what you would like that change to be. It won't happen any other way.
On tough days I remember this: it's the ones who are against you that believe in your power the most.
If you're always having to be the bigger person, maybe it's a sign for you to not be around so many little people. Just saying 🤷♂️
