@AvivaUK thanks for the call today, but basically a waste of time. Ben informed us that we were told the incorrect information, things had been done wrong yet here we are Aviva still holding on to the life insurance money nearly 4 weeks on.

This is weeks after we filled out their online form! Thanks for adding more stress to an already incredibly stressful time! #insurancescam

@AvivaUK if anyone is looking at life insurance don’t bother with this company. You provide them with a final death certificate and are told 12 working days to have the funds paid out. Nothing, query it and are then told a further 5 days. Now told they are sending paperwork out

@AvivaUK Sent a message. Just not what is needed right now, no interim death certificate, a final one which was sent over to you weeks ago!

@AvivaUK we contacted yourselves in relation to a life insurance policy following a death. We provided all the information required and were told 12 working days for the payment to be made. Yet when we have called up we have now been told it’s another 6 working days on top!

Your customer service is atrocious. We have reached 12 working days. Do you keep hold of money to obtain the interest 🤔.

@EE We will be submitting a formal complaint because ringing the store achieved nothing but receiving attitude from the staff.

@EE Well stellar was not what was provided by that store! An 86 year old lady has a broken cable and only went in for advice and to see if you stocked something similar! But she somehow came out with a ridiculous bill. Staff saw an easy target and went in for the bonus!

@EE Absolutely disgusting tactics being used in your North Shields store. 86 year old aunt went in for some advice about a cable! And came out with a £70 a month broadband contract! She doesn’t have a computer/ipad etc. Attitude of the staff members in there are disgraceful.

But as long as they get a bonus! When she asked about cancellation they told her she would be without a phone for months.

@BambulabGlobal Why does @BambulabGlobal make customer service so hard? Put a ticket in a couple of days ago and nothing? Got an A1 that is less than 4 months old and now it’s fried! Apparently a common issue with some A1’s!

@63Mason @UPS_UK Hi Mason they only seem to say sorry for the inconvenience! They delivered my son’s Christmas gift a day early, he answered the door!! No notification that it was coming a day early. @UPS_UK basically ruined a big surprise Christmas gift, jut ignored the scheduled delivery day 😡

From the rear lane into our street. I did make them clean up most of it. The rear lane is a disgrace.

@NTCouncilTeam any chance that something could be done about the rubbish in the rear lane of Trevor Terrace, North Shields. I live in a neighbouring street and have just had to clear up the rest of a smashed bottle of vodka that 2 delightful teens have just thrown over
