I've certainly seen this trend with people around me in that generation. At 28 I quit my job, started my own business and we decided to have a baby, born 10 months after I quit my job. Seemed normal to me at the time. wsj.com/economy/what-h… via @WSJ

Just left Barcelona after a long weekend here. Have to say I love the bars on every corner… not sure it’s the greatest thing for my figure, but really cool to see the locals all gather within minutes of their homes.

I would ask how many of my land use friends have been to Valencia Spain, however there is no need because If you had been here you wouldn’t have come back.

For those unaware, denying housing projects does not “stick it” to a developer you don’t like. Trust me, they will be fine. It does however give a clear FU to people who would like to join your community and improve their lives AND your community
