I know deliveries up North take time which is why I made my order over a week ago to account for this. A refund will not cover the cost of getting a last minute replacement @marksandspencer - what are you going to do about this?

@marksandspencer Hi, I ordered flowers for nominated delivery today to a KW14 post code and now not arriving until Tuesday. Your T&Cs state KW14 is 48hour delivery which I checked before ordering. Now my mum won't receive her flowers before Mother's Day

@rodbodtoo @Angus_MacRaild Light and fruity if I recall! Tbh I was on a miniature-train pub crawl (really) so memory is hazy. At £5/nip it was gone very quickly tho!
