@Amtrak what is happening with train 179 from Boston tonight. We’ve been backing up from NYC after already being 40 minutes late. We’re just sitting… middle of the night… spotty WiFi… vague, jerky movements backwards. NO ANSWERS.

@Delta @PeteButtigieg @USDOT from our flight captain just now, “I thought we were next in line to take off, but now they need to give us a new route so we’re on the other side of the airport. No departure time. Sorry.”

@Delta still doing a bang up job over a week after Crowdstrike. Two hours late already, stuck on the tarmac with no WiFi or departure time or other remedies offered. You remember mom saying, “Treat others….”? @PeteButtigieg @USDOT

@Delta @USDOT @PeteButtigieg you suggested we contact the USDOT if Delta was still problematic today. This is how many people are helping as I seek a seat on my already purchased flight to NYC.

@united is there a point at which flight 3448 might back up from the gate at Newark and actually fly??? No weather issues; no staffing issues. The roads in the sky aren’t clogged… We’re just listening to the pilot’s depressing perspective and - naturally a crying infant.

@AmazonHelp can someone please help me? I had to switch out the card I use for my account because of a fraud issue… and now everything Amazon-related is shut off. My account, Alexa (my lights because of the latter). I’ve tried with an account specialist. Little luck thus far…

@JeffBezos I know it’s lunacy to tweet directly at you - you have other things to do - but it’d be great to be able to reach an Amazon employee who can actually help me restore my account (credit card I used had some fraud issues; so I switched it out, & calamity has ensued).

@JetBlue, see my prior tweet. You often like to congratulate yourselves on your excellent customer service. The weather delay is t your fault. Sitting in a hot plane on a tarmac when we’re at our destination- 45 minutes ago - is.

@JetBlue, what is happening??? Flight 2187 is just sitting on the tarmac in Nashville after being delayed 80 minutes in NYC. Pilot told us a “couple of minutes” to deplane on arrival in TN… 45 mins ago. Proudly awarded himself credit for making up time, too. #garbageservice

@MortBuckley Hi, I’ve been trying to invest with @Vanguard_Group going on over a week now. The system shows as “unavailable” every time I complete the process to set up an account, and just today I’ve been on hold for well over an hour… it has been… challenging…

@vanguard_group Not exactly true. I managed to get someone on the phone who sent me a 63 page document and I still have questions. I’m currently listening to your “hold” music. I’ve bee listening to it for over an hour. I’m now just hanging on to see how long it goes… @vanguard_group.

@Vanguard_Group @Vanguard_FA I’ve been trying to set up a new account to invest through you for two weeks. “System unavailable” and on hold (literally) for hours while the system invites my feedback on your “excellent service”. Do you want my money or not? Help, please.

@Amtrak, you currently have two women on the Acela between New York and Boston who are refusing (quietly, they’re dodging the conductor or pretending to eat) who refuse to put their masks on. Train 2158. They’re in row 17. Id tweet a picture, but I’m polite. Thoughts?

@AmericanAir, My flight was canceled from the Keys to NYC due to an unwell attendant. I was handed a phone number that doesn’t work, & found no alternative flights for days. I was also told by this lady, “I only handle people who have planes.” (Exact quote.) $1100 later...Delta

@AmericanAir I know whoever is answering this Twitter exchange can only do so much (thank you for answering). Getting a sense, though, as to why your stock price is what it is (while stock is soaring elsewhere). @Delta @AmericanAir Still trapped. You left me here.

@AmericanAir @Delta I’m afraid I don’t know what that looks like. I’m still trapped in a city I’m not supposed to be in. And your folks could not have cared less, I’m sorry to say.

@AmericanAir Refund requested, yes. But that doesn’t compensate for the disruption (I’m supposed to be at work tomorrow) & seething rudeness of your staff. (“I only handle people with planes.”) Yeah, wish I had been one of ‘em! Got one on @Delta. I like you guys, but should I just go there?
