@ATT Will AT&T provide a response other than you’re working on it. And that some of your customers are affected. When that number is near 70,000. Why is my service not working and when will it be restored.

@__Skipp No, it’s definitely AT&T and they’re crappy service. And they’re even worse customer service that can’t explain as to why there’s an outage that is affecting 70,000 customers.

@ATT @baduizmash 70,000 customers are experiencing an outage not some. What is the outage. When will it be restored. Why does nobody work at AT&T or could answer the phone or respond to text messages?

@IsIt5OClockYet @ATT AT&T doesn’t seem to be replying with any updates. It’s been going on for hours and all we get is they’re diligently working on a problem. They haven’t even even identified to their customers.

@ATT @fcmcommw It’s closer to 70,000 now and you can’t get a hold of AT&T and you can’t get an answer as to why there is an outage you can’t find out when it’s gonna be restored. It’s really absolutely absurd.

@ATT @baabyzaee Some of your customers why don’t you put it in context 70,000 customers do not have service. And why don’t you tell us why we don’t have service. When you say that you’re working diligently to fix a problem and you don’t identify what the problem is it’s all talk.

@AskeBay we have no ability to cancel an order because the buyer never paid. We have to just wait the 4 days we are forced to wait then it’s automatically canceled by eBay for that reason. So if nothing happens to buyer, it’s because eBay is doing nothing. 25% nonpayment is fine I guess

@AskeBay ? How many ‘non paying bidder’ warnings does a buyer get before you do something. A buyer has 9/41 purchased not paid for, can still accepts offers? Does it ever stop?

@AskeBay And since EBay is not doing anything about the situation, that is the reason that sellers are now going and leaving feedback that says the buyer never paid. So as a seller, I can know that this person never pays. It’s all we can do since eBay is doing nothing about it.
