insomnia has been getting worse as of late, and I think the problem is that some alters only feel comfy coming out at night, and then they bring passive influence that throws us out of our bedtime routine :( that, and the usual chronic fatigue nonsense :( - Angelina

it's a bit awkward trying to system map when you have an abundance of alters, and said alters scarcely come out :( it's like trying to find a light switch in the dark, except there are many, many light switches, and no walls! - Angelina

we've been v dissociated and keep forgetting to come on here ;v; had a few black out/grey out episodes recently, which has made it super hard to function, plus the heat is making our chronic fatigue worse (... and it's not even that hot!!! like, 18°C is too hot?) - Angelina
