8/8: My prediction: By 2030, interacting with healthcare will feel dramatically better than it did in 2024. Patients will get answers faster, understand their options, and reach the right care with far less friction. Clinicians will have the complete picture when decisions are made. We will look back and be shocked that healthcare ever operated with so much waiting, uncertainty, and administrative friction.
