So @Game_Stores Why do you not have a simple tracking mechanism? why does your delivery take so long? Don't tell me you are dispatching from a central location instead of the local store? Do you know mom and pop shopify stores get these basics right that you are struggling with?

I waited another 4 days, no further info and no order. So I called. Lovely chap answered the phone. Turns out he can't seem to find any information on the tracking of the order and let's me know - it's probably manually captured. He needed to call dispatch to find out status

Firstly, they sent me a cryptic sms a few days after my order stating that my order was, dispatched and that I could track it. They didn't provide a link of how to track it and the website offered no help on tracking orders as a guest. #Fail @Game_Stores
