whenever i think about telling someone that we are a system i want them to know that we didn't choose this. this isn't the way i would've planned to live my life. i didn't choose to be traumatized.

OSDD-1b is so tricky. We have all of each other’s memories, but if we don’t “look” at them or view them or think about them, what we know doesn’t automatically register or apply itself. I just fronted, and it took looking at a photo a friend took to realize that its summer.

hi can we normalise having tutorials for basic things like getting cash out or going to the post office so ppl with anxiety who need to plan every little thing out in their head know what to ask for and what to do when they have to do things out of their comfort zone
